A Business Lawyer With Roots In Economic Theory
Steven Hamburg applies deep knowledge of economic theory to his legal practice. Before entering law school, Mr. Hamburg studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science as a college undergrad before returning home to enter law school. He approaches business law cases with an understanding of not only the legal aspects of business law but also the effects on the business operations of his clients. His unique perspective gives him great insights into how to advise businesses on the long-term effects of litigation on their operations.
Mr. Hamburg began his law practice in 1976 after obtaining his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis – School of Law. Two years later he formed a law firm in St. Louis. More than 30 years later, after successfully growing the firm to 20-plus attorneys and numerous support staff, Mr. Hamburg left the firm to better serve his clients in a more intimate and focused environment. He then formed Steven M. Hamburg, P.C.
